Account Deletion

1. How to delete your account

In the Purrfect Studio app, open your profile, choose Edit profile, then Delete account, and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone, and every device is signed out.

If you cannot use the app, write to [email protected] from your account's email address and we will do it for you. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting the account does not stop a subscription: it is billed by Apple or Google, and you cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.

2. What is removed

• Your profile, sign-in details, two-factor data, sessions and notification settings.
• Your projects and series with everything in them: bibles, scripts, characters, shots, edits and episodes.
• Their stored images, video and audio files, which are removed from storage right after the account.
• Your saved provider keys, your subscriptions, purchase records and any remaining credits.

Download anything you want to keep first. Your plan may limit downloading finished episodes.

3. What stays, and why

• Anything outside Purrfect Studio. Series you published to DramaMint stay there and are removed under DramaMint's rules. Your provider accounts and what they hold are yours to manage with them.
• Trial digest. A keyed digest of your email address, which is not the address itself, so that a free trial cannot be taken again.
• Records with the link to you removed. Feedback you sent and provider spending records remain without your account attached. What you wrote in feedback is not altered.
• Records the stores send. Store notifications about a purchase, and whatever the law requires us to keep for accounting and tax, only as long as required.
• Logs and backups. Server logs, traces and backups are not edited one by one. They disappear as they roll over on their own schedule, and are not restored into service in the meantime.

4. Deleting less than the account

You can remove your avatar, delete individual projects or series, or remove a provider key at any time, without deleting the account. For any other request, see section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
