Terms and Conditions

These Terms are an agreement between you and Nerqis Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE487200, registered office at 7 Magdanis Street, Flat/Office 101, Kato Polemidia, 4152 Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us"). They govern the Purrfect Studio mobile app, the Purrfect Studio web panel and this website (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What the Service is

Purrfect Studio is a tool for making short AI-generated drama series: from a series bible and scripts through characters, voices, shots and editing to an assembled episode. A finished series can be published to DramaMint.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" means both of you. Do not use the Service if the law forbids you to.

3. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your credentials and two-factor recovery codes safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has access.

4. Your provider keys

Generation runs on your own accounts with third-party AI and rendering providers, such as OpenRouter, kie.ai, ElevenLabs, fal.ai and Modal. You add your API keys to the Service, and we call those providers for you with them.

• You pay the providers directly. Their charges are separate from your subscription, are set by them, and are yours even when a result is unusable or a step fails or is repeated. Any spending estimate we show is for information and can differ from what a provider bills.
• Their terms apply to you. Your use of each provider is governed by your agreement with that provider, including its content rules and what it does with your data. You must be allowed to use it for your purpose.
• We do not control them. A provider may change or withdraw a model, its price or its availability, and we are not responsible for that.

5. Plans and payment

A new account gets a free Trial plan once, for 7 days, with no payment details; it is limited to one trial per email address and ends on its own. The paid plans, Studio and Pro, are auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions sold through the App Store and Google Play. What each plan includes is shown before you buy.

• The store charges your account when you confirm the purchase, at the price and in the currency it shows you, including any tax.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged within the 24 hours before that.
• Manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting your Purrfect Studio account does not cancel it.
• We do not receive your card details. The store issues the receipt.
• We may change prices and plans for future periods, and the store will tell you what it requires us to tell you before a higher price applies.

6. Your content and AI output

"Your Content" means what you put into the Service (prompts, scripts, images and other material) and, as between you and us, what the Service generates for you. To the extent the law and the provider's terms allow, it is yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us the limited licence needed to run the Service for you: to store, process and render Your Content, and to send it to the providers you have connected and to DramaMint when you publish there. The licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from backups that roll over on their own schedule. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

Please understand what AI output is:

• It can be inaccurate, offensive or defective, and you should review it before you use it.
• It may resemble existing works, or output produced for someone else, and it may not be unique to you.
• In some countries purely AI-generated material may attract no copyright, so you may be unable to stop others from using it.
• You alone decide whether to publish it, and you are responsible for clearing rights and for labelling it as AI-generated where the law or a platform requires that.

7. Rules

Your use of the Service must follow our Community Guidelines and Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. You must also not probe or break the security of the Service, get round plan limits, resell it, reach it by automated means we have not allowed, or reverse engineer it except where the law lets you.

8. Publishing to DramaMint

Publishing is your choice and needs your own DramaMint key. Once published, a series is also subject to the DramaMint terms and your agreement with DramaMint. These Terms do not give you any revenue or distribution right.

9. Our property

The Service, its software, design, name and mark belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service under these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used freely, without any obligation to you.

10. Availability and your files

We aim to keep the Service working and your files safe, but it is provided as available, and rendering depends on providers outside our control. We may maintain, change or withdraw features. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you: we are not a backup service.

11. Your legal guarantee

If you are a consumer, you have the legal guarantee that digital services conform to the contract, for as long as they are supplied to you. To make a claim, write to [email protected]. Nothing in these Terms reduces rights you have by law as a consumer.

12. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and under mandatory consumer law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms or that we did not cause, and in particular for provider charges, for what a provider does or fails to do, for how you use AI output, or for claims about content you chose to publish. For business users, our total liability for any 12 months is limited to the subscription fees paid for the Service in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

13. Your responsibility to us

If a third party claims against us because of Your Content or your breach of these Terms, you will cover the reasonable, foreseeable losses and costs directly caused by it. This does not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14. Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time and delete your account: see Account Deletion. We may restrict or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, where the law requires it, or to protect people or the Service. We will say why, unless the law or safety prevents it, and you can challenge the decision under our Complaint and Appeals Policy.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, operational or security reasons or because the Service changes. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance through the Service or by email, so that you can stop using it and delete your account if you do not accept. Continuing after the change takes effect means you accept it.

16. General

If one provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over the Service, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer it without our consent. Events beyond reasonable control excuse a failure to perform for as long as they last.

17. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.
