Digital Services Act (DSA) Information Page

1. Who we are
Purrfect Studio is provided by Nerqis Ltd, 7 Magdanis Street, Flat/Office 101, Kato Polemidia, 4152 Limassol, Cyprus. It stores content for its users. It is a private production tool, not a public feed: a project is seen by its owner, and there is no public gallery, recommendation system or advertising in the Service.
2. Contact point
Authorities and users can reach our single contact point at [email protected], in English or Russian (art. 11 and 12 DSA).
3. Reporting illegal content
Send a notice to [email protected], with what art. 16 DSA asks for: why you consider the content illegal, where exactly it is, your name and email (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material), and a statement that you believe the notice is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, decide diligently and objectively, and tell you the outcome. The details are in our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
4. Moderation
Our rules are in the Community Guidelines. We do not generally monitor projects. We act on notices, on legal orders and on what we otherwise learn. AI providers apply their own automated content filters, which can refuse a generation; those are theirs, not ours. Our decisions are taken by a person.
If we restrict content or an account, we give the person affected a statement of reasons, unless the law or safety prevents it.
5. Challenging a decision
Our free internal process is in the Complaint and Appeals Policy. You may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under art. 21 DSA, or go to court.
6. Suspected criminal offences
Where we suspect an offence that threatens a person's life or safety, we inform the competent authorities as art. 18 DSA requires.
