Community Guidelines
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Purrfect Studio is for telling stories with AI. These rules apply to everything you put in, generate, or publish from the Service. The providers you connect have rules of their own, and those apply too.
1. Children: zero tolerance
Never create, request or upload anything that sexualises a minor or a character who is, or looks like, a minor. This applies to fiction, animation and fully synthetic images as well. Do not depict the abuse or exploitation of children. We close the account and report it to the competent authorities.
2. Real people
- No use of someone's face, voice or likeness without their permission. That includes face-swaps and voice clones.
- No sexual or intimate content depicting a real person, ever, whatever their permission or fame.
- No deception. Do not pass off synthetic media as a real event or as a real person's words, or use it for political manipulation or election interference.
- Do not publish private information about someone without their consent, and do not defame anyone.
3. Other things not allowed
- Illegal content, and anything that promotes or instructs illegal activity.
- Hate and harassment: incitement or abuse based on origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age or health, and threats or targeted harassment.
- Glorified extreme violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
- Fraud: scams, fake endorsements, phishing or impersonation.
- Infringement of copyright, trade marks or other rights: see our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
- Abuse of the Service: malware, attacks, getting round limits or provider safety filters, or sharing or selling access.
Fiction may deal with dark themes, including crime, war and violence. What matters is whether the content falls into the categories above, and adult content is subject to the rules of the provider and of the place you publish.
4. Label AI content
Where the law or a platform requires it, make it clear that your content is AI-generated. In particular, realistic synthetic images, audio or video of people, places or events should be disclosed as such.
5. Reporting
Report content or behaviour to [email protected], with where it is and why it breaks these rules. Put "urgent" in the subject if someone is in danger, and if a person is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first. How notices are handled is in our DSA Information Page.
6. What we may do
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content or disable access to it, stop a generation or a publication, restrict or close the account, and report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it or a person is at risk. We tell you what we decided and why, unless the law or safety prevents it. To challenge a decision, see our Complaint and Appeals Policy.
